MUDr. Viktor Růžička
Founder, Chairman of the Supervisory Board
He is the founder of VENDEAVOUR Private Equity Fund SICAV, which invests in small and mid-sized, stable, profitable, innovative manufacturing and sales companies through the Vendeavour Group.
After studies in medicine and practical training in Germany, he began doing business in 1992–93 and also began working at a university in the USA. Through these experiences and contacts, he built a strong company, BioVendor LM, that distributed many in vitro diagnostics products and other specialised clinical products. In 2015, he won the Ernst&Young Technology Businessperson of the Year in the Czech Republic and Businessperson of the Year in the South Moravian Region awards. He currently focuses on responsible and innovative projects affiliated within the Vendeavour Group of small and mid-sized businesses.
