Information for investors
Preference investment shares
The Fund offers investors preference investment shares with a minimum return of 6% per annum, even if the Fund incurs a lower profit or loss.
In the event of poor Fund performance, a minimum return of these preference investment shares is ensured by redistribution of the fund capital from holders of performance, management and premium investment shares, up to the amount of their fund capital. At the same time, investors are also entitled to 50% of higher returns from the investment portfolio, up to a maximum return of 10% per year. The redistribution guarantee ratio is the ratio of the founder’s share capital to the qualified investors’ fund capital.
